At Label Namra, we are committed to sustainable fashion. All of our garments are crafted using organic fabrics. Because we use natural materials, slight variations in fabric texture, weave, and color are normal and celebrated as a sign of unique, authentic craftsmanship.

2. Made-to-Order Model

To reduce waste and uphold our eco-friendly values, Label Namra operates on a strictly made-to-order basis.

• Production begins only after an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
• Please allow 10-15 working days for your garment to be crafted and shipped. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are approximations and not guaranteed.

3. No Exchange & No Return Policy

Because every single piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed into production.

• Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to consult our Size Guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or reaching out to our team for guidance before ordering.
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@labelnamra.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange for a repair or replacement if applicable.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Razorpay. Orders will not be processed until payment is cleared in full or partial.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Label Namra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Label Namra and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell any portion of our website or products without express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India.
