You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
How to Cancel
To cancel, please email us immediately at info@labelnamra.com or reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Cancellation Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
Post-24 Hour Policy
No Cancellations Allowed
Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order moves into our production phase. Fabric is cut and our artisans begin crafting your piece. Because these items are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or issue refunds after this time.
Fast fashion relies on mass production, which leads to massive textile waste. By keeping our process strictly made-to-order, we ensure that we only use the resources necessary for garments that already have a home. We appreciate your understanding and support in making fashion more sustainable!
