Size Alterations & Adjustments

If your custom outfit doesn't fit quite right, don't worry! We are happy to help you with resizing.

Within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an adjustment.

Note: Shipping costs for size alterations may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece undergoes a strict quality check, but in the rare event that your outfit arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly issue a full refund or a replacement.

Timeline: You must report the defect to us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Process: Please email us at Info@labelnamra.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and process your exchange or refund.
